Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

We'd rather you never need a refund, but we know plans change. This page explains, in plain words, when you can get your money back, how much you'll get, and how to ask.

This policy applies to every payment made on nexustraveler.com. The website is run by Travel Tech Nexus Private Limited ("Nexus Traveler", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Use.

What you're paying for

Each payment usually has two parts:

If you choose extras such as express processing, those are shown separately. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay.

When you get a full refund

You get 100% of the service fee back if any of these apply:

In all of these cases, if we haven't yet submitted your application to the authority, we refund the government fee too.

When you get a partial refund

Express fees that have already been used are not refundable.

When a refund isn't possible

We can't refund in these situations:

If your visa is refused for another reason

Sometimes an authority refuses an application even though everything you gave us was correct, and that decision is theirs alone. If this happens, contact us. We'll look at your application, tell you why it was refused if the authority shares a reason, and explain your options for reapplying. Where a refusal is caused by a mistake on our side, you get the full service fee back. In other cases we'll review your request and refund part of the service fee where appropriate. Government fees can't be recovered once they've been paid to the authority.

How to ask for a refund

We'll reply within 2 business days and let you know our decision within 5 business days.

How and when you'll receive your money

A note on chargebacks

If something feels wrong, please talk to us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix things faster than a chargeback can, and we'll always look at your case fairly.
