Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Welcome to Nexus Traveler. These terms are the agreement between you and us, so please read them before you use the website or place an application. By using nexustraveler.com, creating an account, or making a payment, you're agreeing to them along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who we are

www.nexustraveler.com is operated by Travel Tech Nexus Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.

2. What we do, and what we don't

Nexus Traveler is an independent visa facilitation service. We help you fill in, check, and submit eVisa applications to the relevant government authorities, and we support you until the process is finished.

We are not a government agency, and we're not affiliated with the governments of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or Oman. We don't issue visas ourselves. Government portals also exist where you can apply directly. You're paying us for guidance, error-checking, submission, and support, not for access to something you can't get elsewhere.

We can't promise approval. The authority decides, and its decision is final.

We currently offer eVisa assistance for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The destinations and visa types available can change from time to time.

3. Who can use the service

You need to be at least 18 years old, or be applying as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor. By using the service, you confirm that you're legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Your account

Some features, such as saved applications and tracking, need an account. Please keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

5. Your responsibilities

When you apply, you agree to:

We aren't responsible for delays, refusals, or extra costs that come from incorrect or incomplete information you provided.

6. Fees and payment

Our charges are made up of:

All fees are shown before you check out. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are added as required by law.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway using secure, encrypted connections. We don't store your full card details. If a payment fails or is declined, your application won't be processed until the payment goes through. If you're charged but your application isn't created, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. If you pay in a different currency from your card's, your bank may add exchange-rate charges we don't control.

If we discover a pricing error, we'll tell you before processing and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Processing times and delivery

We aim to send your application quickly, but the timeframes you see, such as "1 to 3 days", are estimates. The actual time depends on the authority, and it can be slower during holidays or busy periods. That's why we suggest applying at least 7 to 10 days before you travel.

Once approved, your eVisa is delivered digitally to your registered email address and is also available in your account. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Nothing is shipped physically.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You can ask to cancel an application by contacting us. Whether you get money back, and how much, depends on how far the application has progressed. All of this is set out in the Refund Policy.

9. What you must not do

Please don't:

If we believe any of this has happened, we may suspend your account or cancel an application. Where the cause is your conduct, refunds may not be possible.

10. Content on the site

The text, design, logos, and other material on this website belong to Travel Tech Nexus Private Limited or our licensors. You're welcome to use the site for your own visa applications, but please don't copy or reuse our content for other purposes without asking us first.

11. Third-party sites

We may link to official government portals or other websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to give you accurate information and a smooth experience, but the outcome ultimately depends on decisions made by authorities outside our control.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nexus Traveler is not liable for visa refusals, delays by authorities, border or immigration decisions, changes in a country's entry rules, missed or disrupted travel, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Where we are found liable for something connected to our service, our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the application in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please write to us first. Most issues can be settled quickly and informally. If we can't resolve it, the courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Complaints and grievance redressal

If you're unhappy with any part of our service, contact our Grievance Officer. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
